The Company is Also Awarded “Most Innovative Most Innovative Communication of The Year”
JAKARTA, Indonesia, June 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) once again honored with the highest award, Grand Stevie Award as Organization of the Year 2017 in the fourth annual Asia Pacific Stevie Awards. Telkom’s Director for Enterprise & Business Service received the award on the company’s behalf in Tokyo, Japan on Friday (2/6). This is the third Grand Stevie Award that Telkom has won for the third year in a row since 2015 and it highlights Telkom’s outstanding performance.
Telkom won the award after swooping 31 awards with 8 Gold, 5 Silver, and 18 Bronze for its business innovations in a variety of aspects namely: New Product Innovation, Technology Innovation, Marketing, Customer Service, Corporate Communication, and many others.
The eight Gold Stevie were awarded for the following Telkom’s innovations:
- Smart Airport 3.0 for Innovation in Business Information Apps
- E-Learning Website for Innovation in Education or Training Websites
- Cellular Service on Satellite on the Move for Remote Area for Innovation in Technology Development
- Telkomtelstra for Excellence in Innovation in Technology Industries
- GBILL (Finnet) for Innovation in Shopping or E-commerce Apps
- AdMobile (Admedika) for Innovation in General Information and General Utility Apps
- iMOTA: Sea Port Traffic Solution (ILCS) for Innovation in Business Utility Apps and for Innovation in Transportation & Logistics.
For corporate communications innovations, Telkom Indonesia won 1 Silver and 2 Bronze categories including Innovative Communications Professional of the Year, Innovation in Community Relations or Public Service Communications, and Innovative Communications Team of the Year.
In delivering all corporate messages, Telkom Indonesia recognized conducting various innovative and creative events collaborating with other business units. For instance, through an integrated campaign named “Untuk Indonesia” (For Indonesia) to not just create awareness but also invite people to act together and give the best for the nation. Asia Pacific Stevie Awards is an annual international business awards organized by The Stevie Awards. The competition is open for all companies and organizations in 22 countries in the Asia Pacific region. There were more than 600 business innovation nominees competing in the awards.
Stevie Awards Committee judged entries on business innovations by reviewing their concepts, development processes, success value of the innovations, and their impact on the company and the public. Therefore, all innovations declared as winners in this competition have been proven as well implemented and resulted in positive significance to the company’s business.
